Whether you’re ready to build on your own lot or you’re still deciding between a few, we can offer you a home site assessment. We will meet you at your lot to discuss your options and answer questions about the site, such as how your home can best fit on the lot and which utilities are available.

When you’re ready, we also can answer any questions or concerns you may have about the loan process. Many of our homeowners choose a one-time closing to avoid more than one set of closing costs. This type of loan combines the cost of your land and your new home. That way, you don’t have to pay off the land first, as the lot and home are combined into one mortgage. Zaremba receives “draws” from your lender through each stage of construction.

However, if you already own your land, you can use the equity towards the down payment on your new home.
